Cesar came to Guadalajara to study Mechatronic engineering with specialization in Control and Automation at Universidad Panamericana campus Guadalajara. With several years of experience in different industries, most of them developing software and tests for several products in automotive companies. Passionate about the design and development of new technologies that positively impact society. I spend most of my free time practicing sports, mainly baseball, softball, and basketball. Born and raised in Culiacán, Sinaloa.
