At the German automotive multinational Continental, Carlos excelled in multiple high-impact roles—serving as UX RD CPS Sr. Engineer, R&D Cross Product Solutions Sr. Engineer, and R&D Tools Developer—where he consistently bridged sophisticated software development with practical hardware applications. His work can be experienced in the heads-up displays of Dodge RAM trucks, the AI predictive maintenance systems of Volkswagens, and the virtualized environments within Ford’s F-150 onboard computer systems. 

As a supervisor at Flex—the world's third-largest electronics manufacturing services provider that makes products for companies like Apple, Cisco, Dell, HP, Sony, and Microsoft—he enhanced his understanding of production environments and scalable implementation processes.
