Héctor Valle is a healthcare professional with extensive experience in the industry. He spent 12 years at Novartis, holding various leadership roles, including Vice President of Marketing and Sales in Mexico from 2003 to 2005. Notably, he served as General Manager for Latin America (excluding Brazil and Mexico).
He served as General Director for Northern Latin America at Valeant Pharmaceuticals and as General Director for Northern Latin America at IMS Health (now IQVIA), a pharmaceutical market research firm.
Valle is a founding partner of INNOVASALUD, a consulting firm developing healthcare models, and XB Ventures, a health-focused investment fund with a geographic mandate covering the USA, Europe, Asia, and Israel. He has served on the boards of the National Chamber of the Pharmaceutical Industry, the Mexican Association of Pharmaceutical Research Laboratories, the American Group of Pharmaceutical Laboratories, the Mexican Association of Market Research and Public Opinion Agencies (AMAI), and the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM), Mexico City Campus. Currently, he is the Executive President of FUNSALUD (Mexican Health Foundation) and advises various companies within the health ecosystem. Valle teaches health-related diploma courses at the Monterrey Institute of Technology, Mexico City, and Anáhuac University.
