With a bachelor's degree in law from Pennsylvania’s La Salle University—where she specialized in North American law with a focus on labor law and ethics—Marcela brings a dual perspective to her role. By combining a rigorous legal understanding of HR regulations with a deep appreciation for human dynamics, she has a unique approach to building cohesive, high-performing teams. This balance navigates the complex intersection of compliance requirements and people-centered leadership.

Over the past decade, Marcela developed experience across both public and private sectors in diverse industries including entertainment, automotive, technology, and oil & gas. Her background encompasses multiple HR disciplines, from administration and recruitment to HRIS, HRBP, and Human Capital Management. 

Marcela possesses deft skill in developing and implementing strategic initiatives related to organizational culture, compensation and benefits, regulatory compliance, talent development, and diversity and inclusion. Her contributions have impacted globally recognized companies including automotive suppliers Lear Corporation and Yanfeng, engineering firm Capgemini, and energy leader Nuvoil.
