Mina Alikani, PhD, HCLD

As a Clinical Consultant and a Board-Certified High Complexity Laboratory Director in assisted human reproduction, Mina provides expert guidance and support to embryology and andrology laboratories.  With her extensive experience setting up and directing successful laboratories, Mina ensures effective quality management, compliance, and best practices in all aspects of laboratory operations and patient care.

Mina also has more than a decade of experience at Reproductive Biomedicine Online, a leading international journal in reproductive medicine, where she now serves as its top editor. She evaluates and edits scientific manuscripts for publication, ensuring high standards of scientific rigor, integrity, and accuracy.

Mina has authored and co-authored more than 80 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters and lectures around the world on various topics related to assisted reproduction.

Currently serving as the president of Alpha Scientists in Reproductive Medicine and on the Scientific Advisory Boards of TMRW and Conceivable Life Sciences.
