With over a decade of experience in Human Resources, Marcela has worked across both the public and private sectors, spanning industries such as entertainment, automotive, technology, and oil & gas. Her diverse roles have included administration, recruitment, HRIS, HRBP, and Human Capital Management.

Marcela has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies related to culture, compensation and benefits, compliance, talent development, diversity, and inclusion. She has contributed to various high-impact projects for globally recognized companies, including Lear Corporation, Yanfeng, Capgemini, and Nuvoil.
